It is a spectacular house within the best subdivision of Querétaro. It is a fusion of highly contemporary and functional design with the exploration of local materials and impeccable construction quality. The change in heights, the choice of materials and the integration of the exterior with the interior provoke feelings of warmth, comfort, and privacy.The house welcomes us with a small hall where its scale provokes a warm welcome home. Immediately, the house opens onto a light-filled double-height space that houses the living-dining room and connects directly to an interior terrace that can be enjoyed at any time; even within this terrace we find a fire pit that can be used on a daily basis. The kitchen, which can function both open and closed, is strategically located to serve both the terrace, the living room, or function independently since it has a small dining table which is included in the counter. On the ground floor there is also a multifunctional space with a full bathroom that can be used as a study, TV room and even as a 4th bedroom. Upstairs we find 3 bedrooms, each with a bathroom and dressing room and a space for television and homework.
