This luxurious ground-level veranda has a walled-in courtyard and a private pool, resulting in a secluded, relaxing atmosphere. The residence features three ample bedrooms, three luxury bathrooms, and one half bathroom. It boasts commanding views of Lands End and the Sea of Cortez, and is ornamented with handmade Mexican artisanal work.

The master bedroom features direct access to the veranda’s outdoor area, with arresting views of Lands End. It has a jacuzzi bath, a spacious custom stone and talavera tile shower, dual vanities, and a walk-in closet. The second and third bedrooms are just as spacious and have access to private patios with beautiful views of town. Each bedroom has a spacious bathroom with an en-suite bath.

The veranda has been designed for indoor and outdoor living, with shaded patio dining space, lounge chairs with colorful umbrellas, beautiful landscaping, and a private infinity-edge pool with a jacuzzi. It includes a state-of-the-art stainless steel BBQ.

Wall-to-wall pocket doors disappear to merge the veranda’s great room with its outdoor area, creating one ample, airy indoor-outdoor space. A hacienda-style breezeway echoes with the soothing sounds of an authentic hand-hewn stone fountain.

The veranda’s gourmet kitchen is fully-stocked with high-end appliances, and your personal concierge will be glad to store it with groceries and drinks before your arrival (upon request).

There is a separate laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. High-speed WiFi Internet is included, as well as local phone service. There is underground parking. The resort provides full-time security.
