House surrounded by native woodland area on a prime location of Gavea, with wide and open spaces and a spacious outdoor area designed by Erick Figueira de Melo. The house comprises a generous living area, six bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a cinema room with a bar and a bathroom, a kids playroom, a steam room, a whirlpool bath, a lap swimming pool and a shallow pool for kids, as well as a chapel next to a water stream, where some fruit trees grow. There also is a soccer field, a dog kennel and two horse stalls. The house's water is supplied by a natural stream. There is an indoor eight-car garage and a guardhouse with 24-hour security.
