The colonial-style property has a total area of 450m² and 372m² of beautiful construction, with unique decoration, large living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and balcony overlooking a beautiful garden. Its furniture was carefully selected and much of it brought from France, with unique designer objects, such as the Carrara marble coffee table by Italian Gae Aulenti and dining chairs by Hans J.
