The house is a large building with a modern interior design, comprising an entrance hallway that leads into a living area that has multiple environments, including a TV room, two dining rooms, a half bath and a fully-equipped kitchen with a breakfast nook and air conditioning, as well as a pantry, a crockery unit, a laundry room, and a service area with employee facilities. There also are two bedrooms on this floor, both with en-suite bathrooms and balconies.
