High-rise apartment with a full frontal view of the beach in Ipanema. The apartment was renovated with project by Arthur Casas/Osborne. The living area comprises three distinct environments, with living, dining and TV rooms, as well as a half bath and an open-plan kitchen that can be separated from the rest of the living area by sliding doors. There is a gourmet central island designed by Leicht. In the sleeping area there are three bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and closets; the master bedroom also has an office space. The flooring in the living room is in Niwala limestone, while in the bedrooms and hallway it is in bamboo. All the woodwork is designed by Arthur Casas, executed by Cap Israel Marcenarias, and the closets are by Ornare. There is automated lighting in the living room, a line closet, a crockery unit and a pantry. Lastly, the apartment has two employee facilities with a bathroom and a large laundry room. The building underwent a recent retrofitting, with new elevators, and offers 24-hour concierge services, a large gym and a swimming pool, in addition to three parking spaces in the garage.
